TAAAC stands for Tisunge Ana Athu Akazi Coalition. "Tisunge Ana Athu Akazi" is a Nyanja phrase for "Let's protect our girl children".
The coalition is funded by the UN Trust Fund and Equality Now is the lead implementing agency. TAAAC is made up of over twenty NGO's implementing a multi-sectoral intervention to address sexual abuse of adolescent girls in Lusaka, Zambia. TAAAC's main objective is to empower adolescent girls and to contribute to the elimination of violence against them.
